ONLINE SHOP POLICY AND CONDITIONS
This page states the terms and conditions under which you use the http://www.likneon.com website. Any use of this website means that you agree to them. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions or have any questions regarding our conditions please contact us at: websales@likneon.com before placing any orders. By placing an order with us you acknowledge to have read and agreed to these terms and conditions.

PAYMENT

All credit / debit card transactions are handled through PayPal™ but you don't need a PayPal account to make an order - any credit or debit card will do. You will be redirected to the secure PayPal website when you place an order, and will then receive an email confirmation when we have received your payment.

PRODUCTS + AVAILABILITY
All items are subject to availability.

At Lik + Neon we aim to ensure that all products sent out are free from any cat hair (from our 4 resident shop cats). However, as each product when delivered to Lik + Neon is individually checked for quality control before it is sent out, we cannot absolutely guarantee this.

We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available.

PRICES
Prices are as stated on the website and are subject to change at any time without notice.

SHIPPING + DELIVERY

UK Shipping
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-4 working days from receipt of cleared payment. We send all UK orders via Standard Royal Mail 1st Class service and retain a proof of posting receipt. If you wish to use a superior service (Recorded Signed For / Special Delivery) which allows you to track your order, please contact us via email websales@likneon.com or call +44 (0)207 729 4650 before you place your order for this to be arranged. Please double check that the address you wish your order to be delivered to, and the one supplied to LIK + NEON by PayPal are the same. LIK + NEON holds no responsibility for being supplied with an incorrect postal address. Redelivery will be at the cost of the customer.

Delivery Times: Lost / Damaged items UK After we've dispatched your order, according to Royal Mail, items sent by Royal Mail 1st Class, Standard Parcels or Recorded Signed For™ service normally take 1-2 working days within the UK. LIK + NEON are not responsible for any Damage / Loss / Delay occurred during transport with Royal Mail.

Please contact us if you have not received your order within fifteen days from posting. Until then, there is nothing LIK + NEON can do. For damaged items a refund will be issued in full once LIK + NEON has received compensation from Royal Mail.

International Shipping
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-4 working days from receipt of cleared payment. We send all international orders via Royal Mail's Standard Airmail service, and retain a proof of posting receipt. If you wish to use a superior service (International Signed For™) which allows you to track your order, please contact us via email on websales@likneon.com before placing your order, for this to be arranged.

Please double check that the address you wish your order to be delivered to, and the one supplied to LIK + NEON by PayPal are the same. LIK + NEON holds no responsibility for being supplied with an incorrect postal address. Redelivery will be at the cost of the customer.

LIK + NEON are not responsible for any Damage / Loss / Delay occurred during transport with Royal Mail.

Please contact us if you have not received your order within 20 working days (EU) or 25 working days (outside EU) from posting. Until then, there is nothing LIK + NEON can do. For damaged items a refund will be issued in full, when LIK + NEON has received compensation from Royal Mail.

If you are an international customer, you may be charged taxes and duties by the customs of your country, which must be paid by you. This is outside of our control and we are unable to give you an estimate.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES
Subject to stock availability, to make things as simple as possible, if you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return any item you have ordered from us for any reason, at any time within 14 days of receipt, for a full refund (minus initial postage costs and PayPal fee) or exchange the item for another size / colour. You must contact us for authorisation before returning/ exchanging items at websales@likneon.com The costs of returning/exchanging goods to us shall be borne by you, and all items returned to us are sent at your own risk, therefore we recommend you use a recorded service.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges on Sale items. No exchange, credit note or refund will be offered against Sale purchases. Returns of faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were faulty when delivered to you. We ensure to check all products for faults and defects before shipping them to you. All items returned as faulty will be inspected on receipt and any items which show clear signs of wear and tear, will not be accepted. Unaccepted returns will be returned to you, at your cost.

We will only accept returns provided that the goods in question are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you, this includes all original packaging, tags and labels.

In case we cannot offer you a replacement, you will have the choice of receiving a credit note or refund. All refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Returns Address : LIK + NEON, Returns Department, 106 Sclater Street, London, E1 6HR, UK.

MAKING A CONTRACT WITH US

When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this as soon as possible.

Please note that LIK + NEON reserves the right to cancel any orders placed as it sees fit. We will notify by email immediately of any such cancellation.

PRIVACY
All the information you provide to LIK + NEON is strictly private and confidential. We do not share any information with third parties. Credit card and payment information is not stored by LIK + NEON.

LIK + NEON NEWSLETTER
By purchasing a product from LIK + NEON your email address will be added to the LIK + NEON newsletter list, which announces special events and promotions in store. If you do not wish to be included in this list, please email websales@likneon.com with UNSUBSCRIBE in the subject title and you will be removed.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply to future orders.
